UN say “World facing greatest humanitarian crisis since World War 2.”

Intense sunlight is evaporating all of the remaining water in East Africa. The severe drought is killing the livestock thousands of people rely on to eat and has turned farmland across the area into barren desert.

Reuters have reported that families with multiple children are being forced to make an agonizing choice – which child to feed.

We have reached out to millions of people in desperate need of life-saving aid; we're supplying food, water, sanitation and medical supplies as well as blankets and mattresses for those who have fled their homes in search of supplies, but countless more need further aid, urgently.
