HELP RUN THE FIRST ISLAMIC SCHOOL IN JERUSALEM

Over 38% of children in Jerusalem don't go to school. Existing schools are already over-subscribed and children are being turned away from learning on a daily basis, due to the lack of space.

Without money to pay exorbitant school fees, orphans and children living in poverty have limited prospects to succeed.

In Jerusalem, we have completed the construction of our Islamic school, directly looking over Masjid Al-Aqsa, to empower hundreds of Palestinian children through education.

We teach in Arabic and cover a broad curriculum, including English, Maths, Science and Islamic Studies, in colourful, interactive classrooms to stimulate minds and provide the perfect environment for learning.

This school features:

  • 5 classrooms
  • 50 students.
  • 5 fully qualified teachers
  • 6 teaching assistants
  • Genius Programme for teachers to give additional support to the children and help them to meet their full potential.

With your help, we transformed a run-down, disused building, into a safe and vibrant school, for children from nursery to comprehensive school age.

However, we still need you to complete our mission:

We're in the planning process to expand the school further so as many children as possible can learn, grow and thrive. Your support will help keep this invaluable project going for many years to come.

Just £100 can support a study desk and £5,000 can supply a classroom full of equipment and furnishings.

Show your love for Palestine by coming together and expanding the first Islamic school in Jerusalem.
